Additional creating a safe and comforting environment by insuring you have a luxurious experience here during your service. 48 Hour Cancellation/ No- Show Policy: If you have to cancel or ever reschedule your appointment please contact me at least 48 hours before your appointment. Reminders day of your appointment will be considered as a canceled/ no-call no-show and will forfeit you deposit for your appointment and you will have to reschedule your appointment. I have a 10-minute late policy and If I don’t hear from you within 10 minutes of your appointment time it will be marked as a no-call, no-show and you’ll be charged 50% of the service total. And you will have rebook your appointment.
